Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how your order gets from our studio to your door — and what happens if it isn't a fit.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses. Canadian shipping is available on request through our contact form. International shipping outside North America is not yet available.

Processing time

Every order is packed by hand in our Stow, Ohio studio. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping options and costs

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the studio. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours, write to us and we'll investigate.

Returns

If a product doesn't work for you within the first 30 days of delivery — even if it's been opened and used — we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Just email legal@mundodesonrisaspiura.com with your order number and a sentence about what didn't land. We'll send a prepaid return label for any US order.

Damaged or missing items

Occasionally a bottle breaks in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We can adjust addresses on orders that haven't yet been handed to the carrier — usually within a few hours of purchase.

Wholesale

Wholesale accounts are available for independent apothecaries, dental offices, and specialty retailers in the U.S. Please reach out through our contact page for our line sheet.
