Are your products fluoride-free?
Every core Northwood formula uses nano-hydroxyapatite — a mineral naturally found in tooth enamel — instead of fluoride. If you prefer a fluoride option, our Clinical line offers a 1450 ppm sodium fluoride paste reviewed by our dental panel.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Standard orders arrive in 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. International orders are available on request through our contact form.
What is your return policy?
If a product doesn't work for you within the first 30 days, we'll refund it — even the opened ones. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
Do you test on animals?
Never. Our formulas are tested on volunteer humans (mostly the founder's family and a rotating group of Ohio dental hygiene students).
